Hi Ka Louie. Thank you for the memories. I had been reading Funny Komiks since 1984. Who could forget Superdog, his pal Tuting, Prof Hyena, Dr. Wolf, Devil Kat and more. I really miss those days! What happened to Pat V. Reyes (Niknok), LP Calixto (Mahimud), writers of Darmo Adarna etc.?
Hi! i was a regular reader of funny komiks back in the 80s. my favorites were niknok,mahimud ali,planet opdi eyps,lilit bulilit,mr. & mrs.,superkat,tiny tom,darmo adarna,bulol at tangak,gong da egol,superdog. i lost my collection nun binaha ang bahay namin nun 90s,my oldest funny komiks was from 1978,i got it from my classmate back in elementary.
i went to the office of funny komiks in the late 90s,hoping na me mabili ako mga lumang copies pero wala,anyone knows where or who can i buy it,willing to pay generously,hanggang abot ng makakaya. and i also like BING,BAM,BUNG!,mga pabula ni aesopo,fantasyang pinoy=ang galing ng pagkakadrawing nito-di ko na maalala un artist.

ano na nga name ng alter ego ni superdog,tanda ko magtataho siya eh. i remember in 1984 gumawa ng armor sina dr. wolf at prof. hyena na sinuot ni dr. wolf at nakalilipad pa ito.
i still have the 1984 new year issue of FK where all the characters were in the cover. alam ko si mr. louie escauriaga ang nagdrawing nito,may buhat na WELCOME 1984 si superdog sa cover.

Ms. luningning panaligan,i was a fan of all the Funny komiks strips done by Mr. Noli panaligan.From Fantasyang Pinoy to Mga pabula ni Aesopo to mga kuwento ni ka edong.sadly my FK collection was ruined when our house got flooded in 1991.i remember a christmas issue where Fantasyang pinoy was on the cover,that was probably 1982,the old man and the tikbalang were in the cover. i have posted several scans of FK in Pinoyexchange.com "remembering Funny Komiks" thread under hobbies and recreation forum. would you be kind enough to share scans of Mr. Panaligan's work to a poor guy like me(who hasnt really grown up from the 9 year old FK reader from 1981)? i hope for your response. thanks!
I will try my best dexter. Probably if you can leave me your email address..I can work out on some. Most of my father's work was in orig size for publication printing and was in my brother's care. Some of the FK magazines we had get ruined by time. Thanks
